| Narayani McNamara |
Narayani graduated in 1994 from the London Institute with a British National Technical Diploma in Remedial Health and Beauty Therapies. She spent a total of nine years working personally with clients in all areas of aesthetics, nutritional health and fitness, and remedial massage therapies.
Narayani's curiosity about diversity and culture has led her on many travels across the world over the past thirteen years where she has come to appreciate and develop a deep insight into several different philosophies and traditions.
In 2000, Narayani went on a spiritual journey to the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training course. She then decided to stay as a full-time volunteer (karma yoga) and further her studies for another two years. Since then she has also practiced and personally studied Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga and currently blends the most effective techniques from each style for a deeply unique energetic experience.
Narayani teaches individuals and groups of all levels and age groups throughout the world the different practices of yoga asanas, breath-work and meditation. As a gifted healer, Narayani also provides energetic healing sessions using Reiki, Crystals and Sound with the use of Mantra Chanting and Toning Bowls. Narayani’s loving and inspiring approach has developed a powerful way of teaching that bridges the gap of Eastern and Western practices. |

| Keenya McNamara |
Interacting with spirit has been a part of Keenya’s life since birth; as far back as he could remember his mother channeled spirit guides in support of people’s lives.
Keenya began consciously working and developing with spirit in 1995. In 2000, Keenya met one of his master teachers, Red Feather, following which he had a spiritual awakening that changed the course of his life. Since then, Keenya has devoted himself to the path of learning ancient and modern healing modalities and teachings. He studied in the mystery schools with various Masters, from both the physical and spiritual planes. Keenya integrates his skills as a 7th. Generation Reiki Master, life coach, intuitive healer, channel, & his ISSA certified fitness training. His service facilitates transformation on all levels – mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual to assist people in discovering the freedom that comes from self- discovery, self-empowerment and healing. He now facilitates workshops and sacred journeys around the world. |

| Kathryn Howe |
Kathryn is based in Melbourne, Australia and comes from a background in retail
management and H.R / Training. She has spent the past several years in a
territory manager role supervising 300 people in the operation and management
of petrol sites.
Before this Kathryn spent five years in the Training and H.R department of one
of the largest retail organizations in Australia. Since October 2006 Kathryn has been actively seeking to progress in her life
on a spiritual level and this path has lead her to connect with Keenya and
Narayani.
Kathryn and Keenya first connected on a Sacred Journey to see the
amazing healer John of God in Brazil in February 2007, an experience which
Kathryn describes as a life changing event and one that has directly lead her
to be where she is today and in her involvement with Messages From Within. |
